Customized Team Development
Bringing teams together is where Better Humans started. We know that your team is unique so we customize activities to meet you where you are. Do you have a team with various levels of physical ability? No problem. Everything we do is adaptable to the group in front of us. Do you have a team with varied amounts of time together? No problem. We can help them blend! Do you have a team with varied comfort working together? Our challenges allow people to lean in without feeling ridiculous. Behavior Assessments and Coaching
Our staff are certified in four assessments to help you bring data to your decision making strategy. All assessments are paired with the experiential exercises that we are known for to build a workshop that is both interactive and actionable.
The DiSC
Provided in partnership with Wiley, the DiSC allows participants to understand their core behavior drivers as well as the drivers and priorities of others. Use this information to get results efficiently and in a way that inspires better results in the future. This tool can be applied when leading up, down, or across organization.
The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
Provided in partnership with Wiley, the 5 Behaviors are based upon Dr. Patrick Lencioni’s work around The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team. This assessment allows teams to evaluate how they are performing on each behavior and provides targeted next steps to move teams from average to exceptional.
Gallup’s Clifton Strengths
Provided in partnership with Gallup, Clifton Strengths allows participants to name, claim and aim their strengths for future success. This tool gives participants language to articulate how they make a team stronger and how to get even higher engagement with them in the future.
Agilities
Provided in partnership with the DeBruce Foundation, Agilities helps participants identify how their unique talents can be deployed in the workforce. This is an opportunity for participants to align what they are good at, what they enjoy doing, what the world needs, and what they can get paid for.
Training
We recognize that you have talented people in your organization already. If your goal is to infuse experiential education into your organization, we are happy to help prepare your team members to take charge and build teams without us present. Our robust training curriculum provides your facilitators with the ability to tailor activities to your organization, facilitate them well, and build learning in from the beginning. What we do isn’t magic, but it feels magical when you get it right.
