We typically hire a new cohort of facilitators in the spring and complete New Staff Training at the beginning of May. However, we are always open to meeting an amazing person that fits in our team?

The best of our facilitators come from a variety of backgrounds. However, they all share a learning spirit and a willingness to fail forward. Our community is incredibly supportive and you need to be willing to receive help. When you work with people, it is also important to be able to see the best in others, even if they can’t always see it in themselves.

We currently need facilitators that have week day availability typically between the hours of 8am and 3pm.

No. This job is part time, at will. You will have access to our staff calendar and can schedule programs when it fits in your schedule. We tend to be busiest between May and October.

Yes! We provide 3 days of new staff training as well as have a robust shadowing program to help get you up to speed.
